Prerequisites:
Evidence of statistics course at BSN level.
Bachelor's Requisites:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a school accredited by ACEN, CNEA or CCNE.
- An overall GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale
- Current Puerto Rico Generalist License or from other state from United State
- Demonstrated ability in clinical excellence and leadership.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a professional nurse.
- Students must be either a U.S citizen, legal U.S. resident or hold a valid visa
- Demonstrate English proficiency.
- Personal letter stating why you want to pursue doctoral study and your intended contribution to nursing.
- Complete an application for admission including the following:
- Three letters of recommendation from the employing agency or professors on forms provided.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Official Transcripts of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Certificate of good conduct and Background check certificate (Police department)
- Admission fee $100
- Interview with the graduate program admissions committee using holistic interview format
- Complete an Essay of the evaluation of Nursing Journal Article.

Master's Requisites (MSN-DNP):
- Hold a master Degree in Nursing from a school accredited by ACEN, CNEA or CCNE
- Candidates with master degree in any other Nurse Practitioner Specialty need to complete the courses of adult primary care Nurse Practitioner and doctor in nursing practice degree.
- An overall GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
- Current Puerto Rico Generalist License or from other state from United State
- Demonstrated ability in clinical excellence and leadership.
- Students must be either a U.S. citizen, legal U.S. resident or hold a valid visa
- Demonstrate English proficiency.
- Personal letter stating why you want to pursue doctoral study and your intended contribution to nursing.
- Complete an application for admission including the following:
- Three letters of recommendation from the employing agency or professors on forms provided.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Two Official Transcripts of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Certificate of good conduct and Background check certificate (Police department)
